Conditions
To publish an article in “Public Health Journal” № 1 (9), 2026, you should take the following steps no later than March 31, 2026:
▶ fill in an application form (at the link)
▶ send an original article, which meets all the requirements to publichealth@ostroh-academy.rv.ua.
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
The cost of publication is 1400 UAH (for 12 pages). Each additional page is paid separately in the amount of 40 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website before May 31, 2026.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before June 30, 2026.

Public Health Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published twice a year:
Issue No. 1 – June
Issue No. 2 – December
Manuscripts are accepted throughout the year. Submission deadlines for inclusion in the respective issues are:
by March 26 – for Issue No. 1
by September 25 – for Issue No. 2.
